This is the number of chat hosts that you will hire to work for your website. You may want to start with 1 at first.
- Hours per day each
This is how many hours you expect EACH chat model to work per day. 6 hour shifts are average. 8 hours is possible but tends to be too long for some chat models. Consider keeping this number at 6 to avoid complaints due to eyestraing, back and neck strain, etc.
- Days work week.
A 5-day work week is the norm but allow for fewer days when requested. 7 days is considered too many days as it leaves no room at all for a break.
- Minutes per month
This value the simple multiplcation of # of Chat hosts X Hours per Day X Days Per Week. /
- Conversion Rate
This is the ability of each chat model to convert any free customers into paying customers. The average rate is 50%. Chat hosts who are good sales people, speak to customers by voice, and who are genrally very good at what they do can expect 60% or 70% conversion rates. Chat hosts who are bored with their jobs, log-in late, refuse to talk by voice, and generally treat your customers poorly will have much lower conversion rates. To enter a 50% conversion rate, enter 0.50. To enter a 60% Conversion rate, enter 0.60, etc.
- Minutes Sold Per Month
This value is the Total Minutes Per month X the conversion rate. For example, 5400 minutes X 50% (or 0.50) = 2700 Minutes Sold Per Month.
- Charge Per Minute
This value is how much you sell the private chat time of your chat hosts to your customers per minute. Typical for private one-on-one chat is $5.00 per minute.
- Monthly Gross Sales
This is simply MinutesSoldPerMonth X How much you charge per minute. (2700 minutes X $5.00 = $13,500 Gross sales).
